You'll provide software training to hotel customers across Mexico via screenshare, chat, and phone. You'll ensure customers learn how to use SiteMinder's platform and benefit from all its features. You'll work in a hybrid model with a supportive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Qualify customer requirements and set up core product implementation
• Deliver high-standard training via digital communication platform
• Communicate procedures to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer issues and drive projects to meet objectives

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Proven customer service experience with a passion for premium experience
• Tech savvy with sound knowledge of technology
• Goal-oriented with experience working towards targets

• Experience in hotel industry admin roles
