You'll architect and implement microservices and APIs for Talkdesk's AI-driven customer experience platform. Your work will directly impact the scalability and reliability of our multi-tenant SaaS product serving global brands. You'll collaborate across teams in a modern agile environment with CI/CD and extensive testing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement scalable, stable, and user-friendly microservices
• Engage with Product and engineering teams to fulfill requirements
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and databases
• Solve challenging technical problems in a CI/CD environment

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in highly-available SaaS applications
• Expertise in microservices architecture and AWS
• Strong Java development skills
• Experience with CI/CD and telemetry
