You'll partner with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business goals across sales and customer-facing teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner strategically with senior leaders across Sales and Customer-facing functions
• Use AI-powered tools to enhance HR processes and generate workforce insights
• Provide guidance on employee relations, organizational design, and performance management
• Lead HR-related projects across multiple teams ensuring timely delivery
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and People Operations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including business partnering
• Prior experience within SaaS or high-growth technology environments
• Strong understanding of go-to-market organizations and metrics
• Demonstrated ability to influence VP and C-suite stakeholders

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms
