Description

As a Principal Customer Success Manager at Klaviyo, you will provide high-touch strategic consulting to upper mid-market customers, helping them achieve long-term growth and success with the Klaviyo platform. You'll build strong relationships, drive retention and expansion, and contribute to team collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years mid-market or enterprise account management experience
  • Excellent program management skills with ability to own customer projects end-to-end
  • Track record as a trusted advisor, able to prioritize initiatives and leverage data
  • Experience using Salesforce, Gainsight or similar CRMs and email marketing platforms
  • Excited to explore and responsibly use AI tools and workflows

Responsibilities

  • Create prescriptive customer success plans and hold customers accountable to driving action
  • Use creative problem-solving to help customers maximize value from Klaviyo
  • Build strong relationships with customers and executives for stakeholder alignment
  • Devise strategies to increase email and SMS revenue and drive growth for largest accounts
  • Identify and execute on areas for new content, program development, or training
