💼 About This Role

You'll lead laser welding and manufacturing process technologies for the Aquabeam Robotic System at PROCEPT BioRobotics. Your core impact is driving process improvements and DFM projects to establish best-in-class medical device manufacturing. You'll have the opportunity to shape the technology roadmap for a game-changing surgical robotics platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead engineering support to resolve manufacturing process issues.
• Develop training programs for operators and technicians.
• Design and implement DFM projects to reduce costs and improve processes.
• Define new technical projects and develop scope and ROI.

📋 Requirements

• BS in Engineering with 5+ years experience or MS with 3+ years.
• Extensive experience with root cause analysis for technical issues.
• Working knowledge of FDA QSR and ISO13485 for medical device manufacturing.
• Basic working knowledge of CAD (Solidworks) software.

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise in laser cutting, welding, brazing, and joining.
• Experience supporting medical device manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma tools.
