You'll develop and maintain the IT service catalog for a federal client in Arlington, VA. You'll work with technical and business teams to define services, SLAs, and documentation, ensuring alignment with user and program needs. This role drives catalog awareness and best practices in ITSM.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain service catalog content and SLAs.
• Coordinate lifecycle updates to the catalog.
• Support catalog management tools and processes.
• Promote catalog awareness with the communications team.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years maintaining IT service catalogs in enterprise settings.
• Skilled in documenting service offerings and updating catalog content.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.
