Description

You will lead a team of 5-7 Account Executives to drive revenue growth and acquire new customers in Brex's Growth segment. You'll mentor team members, design sales strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve ambitious targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in fintech, travel, or spend management
  • 2+ years of sales management experience
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling successful sales teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and hands-on coaching skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed quotas
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new AEs; improve internal enablement programs
  • Own weekly forecasting and ensure accurate pipeline management
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to develop sales strategies
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market companies to drive revenue
