You'll run full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles in a fast-growing AI company. You will partner with Revenue leaders to hire across Sales Development, Corporate, Mid-Market, and Partnerships. This role offers high ownership and the chance to shape data-driven hiring processes that scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles including SDRs, AEs, and Partnerships
• Partnering with GTM leadership to refine role requirements and hiring strategy
• Designing and managing candidate pipelines with high-touch experience
• Providing market insights and data-driven recommendations to hiring teams

📋 Requirements

• Full-cycle GTM recruiting experience at a high-growth startup
• Track record closing quota-carrying roles across Sales
• Ability to manage high volume and complex searches across multiple priorities
• Strong communication and influencing skills with hiring leaders

• Experience in AI or tech industry
• Familiarity with remote-first hiring processes
