You will build tools that empower therapists to deliver consistent, high-quality treatment, including organizing client care history and surfacing dynamic session summaries. Your work will bring structure to complex clinical data, strengthen quality across the network, and make care more effective.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience developing user-facing web or mobile applications
• Expertise and hands-on production experience with Python
• Excellent at managing ambiguity and breaking down complex problems
• Experience making technical tradeoff decisions with cross-team implications
• Growth mindset and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality features using React, Python, and PostgreSQL
• Set strong patterns for the growing team to follow
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of software engineers
• Leverage AI/ML to enhance client and clinician-facing tools
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and other stakeholders
