You'll help students find their voice in K-12 schools across under-resourced communities. You'll work under a licensed SLP with tailored caseloads and ongoing mentorship. This mission-driven role offers flexible scheduling and clinical autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide speech-language therapy under SLP supervision
• Implement treatment plans and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff on communication goals
• Prepare therapy materials and maintain a clean workspace

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited SLPA program
• Current Tennessee licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant
• Ability to work under SLP supervision
• Commitment to culturally responsive care and educational equity
