Description

In this senior customer-facing role, you will own technical success across the full customer lifecycle—from pre-sales discovery to implementation, adoption, and expansion. You'll translate business goals into deployed AI-powered localization workflows, build integrations, and drive measurable outcomes for Smartcat's largest enterprise customers.

Requirements

• Senior-level technical delivery experience in a customer-facing role
• Deep technical fluency in APIs, integrations, and automation
• Strong execution discipline and ability to translate business goals into working solutions
• Experience with enterprise systems such as AEM, Drupal, SFCC is a plus
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence product roadmap

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical execution from pre-sales discovery through deployment and value realization
• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows that improve multilingual content quality, speed, and efficiency
• Own integrations and automation embedding Smartcat into enterprise systems like CMS, DAM, PIM, and commerce platforms
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, CX, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption and expansion
• Troubleshoot integration and workflow issues and build custom solutions when necessary
