You'll serve as the right hand to the CEO and CTO at a fast-growing Series A startup. You'll own their calendars, travel, board meeting prep, and keep the SF office running smoothly. This role is the operational backbone that enables the founders and team to operate at full capacity.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own CEO's calendar and prioritize ruthlessly.
  • Run logistics for board meetings and prep materials.
  • Book travel for executives and visiting team members.
  • Onboard new hires end-to-end with equipment ready.
  • Administer benefits and manage office vendors.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years in an EA, office manager, or similar role.
  • Ability to move at a startup pace with shifting priorities.
  • Working knowledge of US benefits and enrollment cycles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excited to work in person from San Francisco, 5 days a week.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Prior direct support of a founder, CEO, or C-level operator.
  • Experience with board operations and investor coordination.
  • Fluency in modern startup ops stack (Notion, Slack, Brex, Rippling).
  • Exposure to early-stage People Ops or recruiting coordination.
