• Lead enterprise risk assessments identifying operational risks and control gaps
• Design and execute control testing and key risk indicator monitoring
• Leverage data analytics to detect risk trends and anomalies
• Deliver risk reporting to governance committees and senior leadership

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience in operational risk management within regulated environment
• Proven ability to design and operationalize risk and control frameworks
• Solid data-driven risk analysis and reporting skills
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (OSFI, SOX, IFRS 17, Solvency II)
