You'll build Moxie's practice intelligence capability from the ground up, turning raw data into actionable insights for sales, marketing, and product teams. You'll own the benchmark library and deliver monthly trend reports that drive strategic decisions. This greenfield role offers direct impact on a $20B+ industry platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the benchmark library and maintain cross-segment benchmarks
• Deliver monthly and quarterly trend reports for PSMs, sales, and marketing
• Support Practice 360 engagements with benchmark context
• Supply marketing with data-driven hero stats and insights

📋 Requirements

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in BizOps or Strategy & Ops
• Analytical rigor with an operator's instinct
• AI-native workflow using tools like Claude
• Greenfield experience building frameworks from scratch
