💼 About This Role

You'll lead credit risk and pricing strategy to launch and scale embedded credit programs. You'll build best-in-class credit strategies in partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners. This role drives credit risk policy and capital markets support within a Flex First remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and refine consumer and commercial credit card risk strategies
• Partner with data scientists to develop credit risk and cash flow models
• Support capital markets on securitization, warehouse lines, and forward flow
• Lead and mentor a small team of Credit Risk Analysts

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years building credit card risk and pricing programs
• Expert in Excel and SQL modeling
• Proven ownership across the full credit card lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field

• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance
