You'll own CRM strategy and lifecycle journeys across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels. You'll drive customer engagement and retention in a fast-growing gaming company. This role offers the chance to work with Braze in the iGaming industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels
• Build and manage lifecycle journeys (onboarding, activation, retention)
• Develop customer segmentation strategies based on behavior and value
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for KPIs

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience
• Hands-on experience with Braze or similar CRM platforms
• Experience in iGaming or real money gaming
• Strong understanding of segmentation and personalization

• Basic SQL or experience working with data teams
• Ability to translate marketing needs into technical requirements
