💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary local legal contact for Qonto's central markets (Netherlands, Germany, Austria), handling commercial contracts, product compliance, and dispute management. You'll de-risk operations and enable growth while working with a senior legal expert. This role offers high autonomy with strong support in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary legal point of contact for the Netherlands
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
• Ensure legal compliance of new local products
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of in-house legal counsel experience
• Commercial contract negotiation expertise
• Dutch proficiency (min. C2 level)
• English proficiency (min. C1 level)
