• Manage and document vehicle movement through entry and exit gates.
• Conduct routine patrols of facility yard and buildings.
• Support badge creation, CCTV review, and incident response.
• De-escalate situations and maintain a service-first approach.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in a customer service environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven decision-making in a complex environment
• Ability to organize and execute multiple tasks in fast-paced setting

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, Card Access and related security tech
• Experience with OSHA safety programs or crisis response plans
