Description

You will oversee and coordinate electrical construction activities on-site, serving as the technical authority for electrical systems to ensure safe, efficient installation and project delivery from construction through commissioning.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years as Electrical Superintendent in commercial building construction
• At least 3 years supporting hyperscale or mission-critical semiconductor or data center environments
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction practices in mission-critical or large-scale commercial environments

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor on-site electrical teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Serve as primary electrical systems technical advisor at the onsite field construction office
• Lead planning, scheduling, and monitoring of electrical construction activities
• Review and interpret electrical design drawings and construction documents
• Coordinate installation and inspection of electrical systems including switchgear, UPS, generators, PDUs, bus ducts, and low-voltage systems
