Description

You will lead the transformation of Roku's proprietary operational platforms into AI-first systems, decoupling headcount growth from business scaling. You'll own the strategic roadmap, integrate with enterprise systems like Salesforce, and drive metrics like cost-per-ticket and review times.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years managing PMs at Senior Manager or Director level
• Track record of building operational workflows where AI replaced human execution
• Deep understanding of enterprise platform integration
• Experience with human-in-the-loop design and confidence thresholds

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic AI-first roadmap for Business Applications
• Decouple headcount from growth by automating workflows with AI/LLM tooling
• Integrate proprietary tools with Salesforce and Insertion Order Campaign Management systems
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers
• Partner with Operations, Support, and Risk to translate pain points into scalable solutions
