You will own and scale partnerships with leading CRM strategic alliances like Salesforce and ServiceNow. Your role involves building and executing joint go-to-market plans, leading co-selling and co-marketing efforts, and driving pipeline and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience with CCaaS, AI, or CRM
  • Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems, SaaS business models, and joint co-sell motions
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through strategic technology partnerships
  • Strong operational discipline with CRM tools and partnership platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal, project management, and executive communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and operationalize comprehensive go-to-market plan with technology strategic alliances
  • Oversee opportunity creation and evolution to drive customer and partner value
  • Track and report KPIs related to pipeline, transactions, and co-sell impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Engineering
  • Drive revenue through strategic technology partnerships
