You will own and scale partnerships with leading CRM strategic alliances like Salesforce and ServiceNow. Your role involves building and executing joint go-to-market plans, leading co-selling and co-marketing efforts, and driving pipeline and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience with CCaaS, AI, or CRM
- Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems, SaaS business models, and joint co-sell motions
- Proven track record of driving revenue through strategic technology partnerships
- Strong operational discipline with CRM tools and partnership platforms
- Excellent interpersonal, project management, and executive communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build and operationalize comprehensive go-to-market plan with technology strategic alliances
- Oversee opportunity creation and evolution to drive customer and partner value
- Track and report KPIs related to pipeline, transactions, and co-sell impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Engineering
- Drive revenue through strategic technology partnerships
