๐ผ About This Role
You'll join Litify's Customer Success team to troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and provide top-tier technical support to legal professionals. Your work directly improves client operations and contributes to a knowledge base that scales impact.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Debug and resolve complex Salesforce/Litify issues reported by customers
- Reproduce issues in Salesforce sandboxes and demo orgs
- Perform basic configuration changes in Salesforce
- Create knowledgebase articles and video walkthroughs
๐ Requirements
- 1-3 years of technical customer-facing experience in SaaS
- Salesforce experience with ADM-201 certification
- Experience with ticketing system (Jira or Service Cloud)
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with APIs (POST/PATCH/PUT/GET)
- Experience with advanced Salesforce tools (Dev Console, Data Loader, Workbench)
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
