๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll join Litify's Customer Success team to troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and provide top-tier technical support to legal professionals. Your work directly improves client operations and contributes to a knowledge base that scales impact.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Debug and resolve complex Salesforce/Litify issues reported by customers
  • Reproduce issues in Salesforce sandboxes and demo orgs
  • Perform basic configuration changes in Salesforce
  • Create knowledgebase articles and video walkthroughs

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-3 years of technical customer-facing experience in SaaS
  • Salesforce experience with ADM-201 certification
  • Experience with ticketing system (Jira or Service Cloud)
  • Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with APIs (POST/PATCH/PUT/GET)
  • Experience with advanced Salesforce tools (Dev Console, Data Loader, Workbench)
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
