As a Barista at Blank Street, you will deliver exceptional customer service and craft quality coffee and cafe beverages in a fast-paced environment. You'll contribute to a welcoming community atmosphere while collaborating with your team.

Requirements

• 1+ years customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or coffee
• 18+ years of age
• Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Availability for required schedule including peak days
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, welcoming customer service to build regular clientele
• Prepare drinks using world-class coffee equipment and products
• Complete training to ensure proper food and beverage handling and quality
• Reduce waste by monitoring par levels and adjusting for business peaks
• Maintain Local Department of Health standards
