💼 About This Role

You'll own product outcomes for Patlytics' highest-impact enterprise accounts, driving adoption of AI patent intelligence. You'll act as the bridge between AmLaw 100 law firms and product engineering, translating customer reality into product direction. You'll be embedded with patent attorneys to transform patent workflows with LLM-powered tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product outcomes for a portfolio of enterprise accounts
• Build trusted advisory relationships with senior patent attorneys
• Translate customer feedback into product direction
• Drive deployments through change management and adoption

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in product management or customer-facing product role
• Track record of deploying new workflows that changed customer operations
• Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders at law firms and Fortune 500
• Technical fluency with LLMs, retrieval pipelines, and system architecture

• Direct experience with Vertical AI / LLM products or agent-based systems
• Experience in a startup or early-stage environment building process from scratch
• Prior forward-deployed, embedded, or field PM role
