In this role, you will lead full-funnel growth strategy and drive demand generation for a B2B cybersecurity SaaS company. You'll own the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition to expansion, leveraging data and AI to optimize campaigns. This is a high-impact player-coach position where strategy meets hands-on execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute a scalable full-funnel growth strategy
• Own performance across acquisition, engagement, retention, and expansion
• Build data-driven demand generation engine for pipeline growth
• Design persona-based campaigns for technical cybersecurity audiences
• Leverage AI tools for segmentation, targeting, and optimization

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
• Proven ability to build and scale full-funnel marketing programs
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for campaign optimization
• Deep expertise in B2B marketing tools like GA4, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Marketo
• Strong analytical mindset with attribution modeling and cohort analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS
• Understanding of technical buyer personas like SOC, CTI, OSINT
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
