Description

You will provide high-quality care to elders, promote their independence by supporting them in doing as much for themselves as possible, assist with daily activities, and perform light housekeeping tasks as part of a person-centered care team.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• CNA/STNA certification in Ohio
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use lift equipment to move, lift, and transfer residents

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and safety to elders
• Present elders with choices and decision-making opportunities
• Engage in meaningful activities with elders
• Assist elders with getting up and going to bed as they wish
• Plan and cook meals with elders, assist with laundry and light housekeeping
