Description

You will lead and develop shift associates in a production environment, balancing quality, productivity, and safety. You'll manage performance, conduct meetings, and resolve issues to ensure efficient operations for HelloFresh's Newark facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with related work experience
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in a production environment (preferred)
• Leadership and ability to train large groups
• Problem-solving and results-driven mindset
• Computer literacy and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and development to shift hourly associates
• Manage departmental performance measures and provide progress reports
• Conduct daily shift and safety meetings
• Manage priorities and resolve employee issues
• Track absenteeism and timekeeping daily
