You'll join Kyivstar's legal department to support M&A projects, legal analysis, and risk assessment. You'll work at the intersection of telecom, IT, and cybersecurity, with a team recognized as best in the field.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct legal due diligence for M&A targets
• Analyze new projects for regulatory compliance
• Develop requirements and recommendations for M&A deals
• Summarize risks and propose solutions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of M&A experience
• Knowledge of NKCPFR requirements for corporate rights deals
• Experience with purchase/sale agreements for corporate rights or assets
• Upper-intermediate English
