You'll supervise residential roofing projects from start to finish, leading crews and coordinating workflow. Your core impact is ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on every job site. This role offers company truck and fuel for daily travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise crew members on all roofing projects including subcontractors
• Communicate with homeowners as main point of contact from start to finish
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and regulations
• Mentor and train crew members, promoting skill development and team cohesion

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to work overtime and two Saturdays per month during peak season
