💼 About This Role

You'll lead the legal operations function at BlaBlaCar, optimizing the contract lifecycle management and integrating AI tools. You'll drive efficiency and scale the legal infrastructure, reporting to the Head of Legal.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor a team of 2 legal operations members
• Drive large-scale process optimization and cross-functional projects
• Administer CLM tool (Juro) and equity platform (Equify)
• Refine contract drafting workflows and integrate AI automation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Legal Ops, Contract Management, or Senior Legal Assistant
• People management experience
• Expert-level knowledge of CLM tools
• Full proficiency in English and French
