Description

You will lead the redesign of Ripple's customer onboarding platform, migrating legacy Salesforce logic into modern cloud-native services and integrating vendors like Persona for KYC/KYB. This role offers the chance to build scalable systems and drive architecture at company-wide scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Deep backend experience in modern, cloud-native, distributed systems
• Proven track record designing large-scale systems
• Strong API design skills (REST/gRPC)
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes/ECS

Responsibilities

• Design and develop distributed, cloud-native backend services for onboarding across all Ripple products
• Migrate core onboarding logic from Salesforce to resilient services and persistence layer
• Integrate vendors like Persona for KYC/KYB and build orchestration and data flows
• Contribute to data modeling for future identity platform
• Mentor engineers and champion engineering excellence
