You'll build core backend services that model complex energy usage and utility rates, accelerating product development across Aurora Solar. Your work will multiply the impact of product teams and help deliver high-quality solar designs. You'll collaborate with a supportive team while growing your skills on a greenfield platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and evolve foundational platform services
• Develop internal tools, infrastructure, and automation
• Contribute to technical discussion and architecture
• Support critical services, including on-call rotation
• Contribute to new platform capabilities and greenfield infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years building backend services or platform infrastructure
• Comfort with AI development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex
• Working knowledge of system design principles
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps
• Experience delivering reliable, high-performance APIs
• Background in energy, utilities, or finance domains
