You'll join Qualysoft's international sales team, selling IT consulting and software services to enterprise clients. You'll build and manage your own pipeline, focusing on long-term CTO-level relationships in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the IT services sector
• Build and maintain relationships with CTO-level decision makers
• Manage sales pipeline and track opportunities in CRM
• Collaborate with international team to close deals

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience
• At least 1 year in a hunter/new business role
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• High-level business communication in Romanian and English
