Description

As an Assisted Living Resident Assistant, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and toileting. You'll work in a supportive team environment to enhance residents' quality of life.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• First Aid Course certification required
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Must be compassionate and able to work in a team

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Provide supervision and assistance with transfer ambulation
• Safely move carts, laundry hampers, and equipment through work areas
• Coordinate with team members and respond to resident needs
• Quickly respond to emergency calls from Independent Living residents
