๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the cloud infrastructure powering Nyx orbital vehicle ground segment operations. You'll design and maintain AWS-based systems that flight controllers depend on around the clock. This role combines aerospace mission-critical reliability with modern cloud engineering practices.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and operate AWS cloud infrastructure for ground segment software.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS) including scaling and upgrades.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment.
- Set up observability stack for proactive issue detection.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure role.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, EKS, RDS, EBS, EFS, S3.
- Strong proficiency with Kubernetes cluster management and Helm.
- Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK).
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or mission-critical systems.
- Experience with multi-region or disaster recovery architectures.
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer โ Professional).
