💼 About This Role

You'll design and secure the communications backbone for utility-scale clean energy facilities, ensuring safe, reliable operation within ERCOT. You'll lead complex telemetry and control system integrations from design through commissioning while strengthening cybersecurity controls aligned with NERC CIP standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and standardize SCADA network architectures for utility-scale facilities
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls aligned with NERC CIP
• Lead FAT, SAT, commissioning, and field support for telemetry systems
• Diagnose and resolve industrial communication issues under time-sensitive conditions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of SCADA networking experience in utility-scale energy projects
• Experience supporting SCADA networking for solar, wind, or BESS facilities
• Demonstrated experience with ERCOT telemetry and control integration

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NERC CIP cybersecurity compliance
• Deep understanding of utility-scale plant operations and grid interconnection
• Relationships with SCADA vendors, EPCs, and inverter manufacturers
