Description

In this role, you will coordinate the patient testing experience from scheduling and blood collection to specimen preparation and paperwork management. You will perform venipunctures, verify patient identity, maintain specimen integrity, and collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely results. The position is based at a clinic in Georgetown, TX.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures to obtain blood specimens with precision
• Verify patient identity and test requisitions by cross-referencing EMR records
• Maintain specimen integrity via aseptic techniques and department protocols
• Coordinate patient care services including scheduling and appointment management
• Act as liaison between accounts and sales teams, documenting interactions and resolving issues
