📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations
• 7+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record managing large-scale manufacturing operations
• Strong expertise in lean manufacturing and operational excellence

• Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Multi-site environment experience
