• Engage customers via phone and ticketing system to route escalations
• Monitor backup reports and ensure consistent service delivery
• Install servers and networking equipment with cabling
• Respond to and resolve alarm events affecting infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50lb
• Experience fabricating and running network cables
• Basic understanding of computer and IT functions
