You will apply software and systems engineering to develop and maintain distributed, real-time systems for Point72's Global Macro business, focusing on automation and tooling to optimize operations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a site reliability engineer or similar role
• Strong coding skills in Python and PowerShell
• Ability to comprehend C# and write basic applications
• Experience with Windows and Linux, AWS, Terraform, Ansible
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS and ECS

Responsibilities

• Build foundational components of an SRE program across complex systems
• Collaborate with development and quant teams to ensure changes meet SLOs
• Monitor system capacity and performance, addressing potential bottlenecks
• Review automation code from peers to maintain code quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, analyzing impact on infrastructure
