💼 About This Role

You'll guide customers to design and build reliable, scalable systems using MongoDB's data platform, working closely with Customer Success Managers. You'll become a trusted advisor to a wide range of customers, from startups to enterprise IT organizations, helping them solve business problems. This role is based remotely in Mexico City or São Paulo.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Articulate business value of MongoDB solutions to customers.
• Partner with customer organization to ensure account success.
• Support remote/onsite sales with technical discovery and demos.
• Advise customers on architectures and best practices for MongoDB.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional work experience in software development or related fields.
• 2+ years of Pre-Sales experience with enterprise software.
• 2+ years of software development experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Node.js).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience selling databases or deploying applications with major cloud providers.
• Experience with database programming and data models.
• MongoDB Certification.
