💼 About This Role

You'll help deliver monthly and quarterly reporting, support our annual operating plan, and build budgets and forecasts that guide decision-making. You'll work closely with partners across the company to turn data into clear insights and drive performance. This role predominantly focuses on the ClassPass business within the broader Playlist ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages with commentary
• Build budgets and forecasts including annual operating plan
• Analyze variance drivers and partner with stakeholders
• Own key financial metrics and models with Pricing & Inventory team
• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and business cases

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or FP&A
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL and/or Snowflake
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Solid understanding of P&L mechanics and key financial drivers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Looker, Tableau, or Anaplan
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Proactive and curious approach
