Requirements

• 3+ years in professional services, software implementation, or technical support
• Solid proficiency in SQL and JavaScript
• Experience working with APIs in SaaS or enterprise environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies

Responsibilities

• Implement MPower Proactive AI Agents under senior engineers' guidance
• Support client engagements with quality technical tasks and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with teams to build and test proactive customer journeys
• Analyze client requirements and translate business processes into automated solutions
• Write and maintain SQL queries; write and debug JavaScript code
