💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate development for Fundraise Up's global fundraising platform, working with Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues. You'll spot and improve recurring process issues, remove blockers, and help build the roadmap. You'll use AI as a default tool in day-to-day work, identifying where it adds value.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take part in building the roadmap.
• Coordinate development and identify bottlenecks.
• Monitor alignment with plan and commitments.
• Communicate and help remove blockers.

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Technical background understanding web services and acronyms like JS, TS, UML, JSON.
• Ability to make reports and write simple scripts for data analysis.
• English at C1 level for confident technical discussions.

• Experience with Google Sheets and SQL.
• Past experience as a developer.
• Strong organizational skills.
