💼 About This Role

You'll own electrical interconnect systems across UAV platforms, designing, building, and validating harnesses for demanding environments. You'll work cross-functionally to deliver reliable, lightweight, production-ready solutions and contribute to test infrastructure. This role requires speed, autonomy, and a strong bias toward execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end UAV wiring harnesses from concept to production
• Build and prototype harnesses hands-on
• Lead bring-up and integration into full vehicle systems
• Design test fixtures, breakout boxes, and system test racks
• Perform root-cause analysis of electrical interconnect failures

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and building wiring harnesses
• Deep understanding of connectors, shielding, grounding, and cable design
• Ability to read and create schematics and wiring diagrams
• Experience taking hardware from prototype through production

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with UAVs, aerospace, or robotics
• Familiarity with EMI/EMC best practices
• Experience with harness CAD tools (SolidWorks Electrical, CATIA, etc.)
