You'll own Voize's AI support performance across Intercom, driving continuous improvement of conversation flows and automations. Your work directly frees nurses from admin, giving them more time for patient care. You'll collaborate with Product and Engineering to expand safe automations and optimize AI resolution rates.

• Monitor and optimize AI support performance

• Design clear, trustworthy conversation flows
• Create safe automations with Product and Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience improving support end-to-end systems
• Strong analytical skills working with conversation data and metrics
• Excellent writing and information design skills
• High ownership mindset with accountability
