Description

You will own the setup, installation, and maintenance of fully autonomous manicure robots at customer locations. You'll diagnose and repair systems, perform preventative checks, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to improve robotic design. This role involves traveling up to 50% across the US to support iconic beauty brands.

Requirements

• BS Engineering with 3+ years of robotics/automation/systems engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, software, and networking
• Strong network background with an understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and infrastructure to ensure reliable system connectivity
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions
• Clear and effective communication, with technical and non-technical colleagues, and experience providing professional customer service with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work in diverse environments and adjust to changing needs and technical challenges
• An unwavering pursuit of innovation

Responsibilities

• Own setup and installation of machines at customer stores
• Diagnose and repair machines at customer locations or remove/replace machines for external repair
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative checks and calibrations to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure alignment across all interested parties
• Create a Support library through clear process/procedure documentation crafting and updating
• Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and training
• Work with cross-functional engineering teams to influence and improve the design of the robotic system
• Drive peak organizational performance through effective feedback, accountability and teamwork
