Description

You will work collaboratively with Tier 1 semiconductor companies to architect next-generation devices using Lightmatter's photonic interconnect technology. You'll provide full technical support on high-speed serial I/O design and act as the field expert, training the FAE team and engaging in deep technical discussions.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Engineering, Math, Physics, CS or equivalent; 10+ years experience in high-tech electronics with HSIO design
• In-depth knowledge of transceiver architecture, CDR, DFE and signal/power integrity simulation
• Familiarity with SI/PI EDA tools (e.g., Keysight ADS)
• Customer-facing skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences
• Action-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide full technical support for customer HSIO design including early assessment, design review, debug and troubleshooting
• Develop and deliver technical proposals based on customer requirements and system architecture
• Act as field expert on HSIO, providing training and guidance to FAE team and creating technical articles
• Collaborate with Lightmatter Engineering to support customer design wins and communicate progress
• Support deep technical discussions with customers on high-speed serial I/O design
