💼 About This Role

You'll join a federal agency legal team, processing FOIA requests and performing litigation support. You'll conduct searches and analyze documents for privilege or exemptions. This role offers the chance to work with eDiscovery tools in a government contracting environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct searches and analyze result sets for responsive documents
• Redact and code responsive documents
• Perform legal research
• Draft legal documents

📋 Requirements

• Paralegal certificate, JD, or at least one year of law school
• At least one year of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience with Nuix Investigate, Relativity, or similar eDiscovery tools
• Experience processing FOIA requests and knowledge of FOIA rules

✨ Nice to Have

• Two years experience using Nuix Investigate for document review
• Two years experience processing FOIA requests for Federal agencies
• Fluency in statutory and regulatory guidelines for FOIA
