You'll build the core suite of products for an industrial labor platform, including a React Native worker app and React web apps. You'll partner with the CTO to shape the product roadmap and build a foundational tech platform. This role offers ownership and impact at an early-stage company backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write and review high-quality code for React Native and React/TypeScript web apps
• Architect core systems like real-time job matching and ML-driven vetting
• Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UIs
• Implement CI/CD workflows using Docker and Github Actions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React Native, React, Node.js, or PostgreSQL
• Experience with Docker
• Experience in an early-stage engineering team working through ambiguity
• Passion for helping people find meaningful work
